The programme aims to strengthen biorisk management capabilities in Singapore and Asia through the development of expertise and standards, as well as research, education, and training.

An anchor network will be formed among academics, policy-makers, legal and non-profit professional biosafety and biorisk organisations to work towards effectively managing biorisk and public health.
