The Leaders in Economic Development builds capacity for public sector officials in processes, strategies and challenges in supporting sustainable economic growth. It seeks to expand participants’ understanding of economic development strategies, and the role of Government, institutions and leaders in supporting and sustaining economic growth, as well as to facilitate networking among the leaders and practitioners.

Started in 2014, the programme is currently run annually.
