The flagship international programme of Civil Service College, the Leaders in Governance Programme (LGP) provides an overview of Singapore’s governance and public policies, as well as a space to discuss regional and global trends. Participants comprising public sector leaders, usually numbering around 30-35, have opportunities to engage and dialogue with Singapore’s political and public service leaders, as well as to network and exchange perspectives with one another. The social activities of LGP have been supported by Temasek Foundation since 2017.
