To let Singaporean youths better understand the economic landscape in order to venture and excel in ASEAN, the Temasek Foundation – NTUC Workforce Programme: LIT ASEAN Careers was launched on 5 October 2019.

The initiative, co-organised by Temasek Foundation and Young NTUC, and supported by the National Youth Council, comprised an ASEAN Conference highlighting key industry trends and developments seen in the region; an ASEAN Showcase sharing resources and information on business culture; followed by an ASEAN Mentorship serving to connect youths with career guides who are industry professionals with vast experiences working in ASEAN.
