To build the technical capability/capacity and strengthen the competency of TVET trainers in their training delivery, 90 trainers from member countries of Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation Regional Centre for Vocational and Technical Education and Training (SEAMEO VOCTECH), specialising in hospitality, food and beverage and automotive engineering, were equipped through three runs of a two-week Technical Skills Upgrading Programme.
