The algae has 60 per cent of protein, which has high quality essential amino acids profile, exceeding World Health Organisation’s requirements for protein products. The company will produce, from the fermentation of algae biomass, a high quality and nutritious protein flour suitable for food products, supplements, and functional food applications.
