The programme seeks to build capability of selected mosques to support newly-wed Malay/Muslim women in enhancing child development outcomes. Naib Kadis and mosque personnel are equipped with skills to educate and support these women on maternal health and child development issues, and to identify and stratify at-risk families for case management work. The project also hopes to establish a first-stop resource centre for mother and child wellness within mosques.
