This programme aims to develop and testbed a suite of education modules designed as a learning development pathway for Persons-With-Disabilities of all ages and proficiencies to develop their skills towards becoming career artists. The programme comprises a series of workshops that cover visual and performing arts and all proficiency levels from foundation to professional.

Temasek Foundation funds the foundation levels along with the emerging and residency levels for the performing arts.
