This programme is expected to train 15,750 youths from Uniformed Groups in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation-Automated External Defibrillator (CPR-AED) and Psychological First Aid (PFA) under the Total Defence Gold Badge Programme. These skills will enable them to build their mental resilience and help save lives in the community. Trained youths can sign up as Community First Responders on the SCDF myResponder app or join the People Association’s Company Emergency Response Teams (CERTs).
