Through the Music Learning programme, educational resources are created for MOE's online Student Learning Space platform that feature articles about our local arts and culture, as well as aids to increase music literacy.

The Junior Orchestra programme provide students who are interested in music but are not able to afford instrumental lessons the opportiunity to learn music, as well as to engage underprivileged and at-risk students meaningfully in musical and orchestral activities.

Temasek Foundation supports the curriculum and learning plan to enable children to better develop social and emotional competencies through intrstrumental learning. Selected musical repertoire from Singapore are included in the curriculum so as to build awareness about our local culture.
