The Enhanced AED-on-Wheels programme aims to equip more Community First Responders (CFRs) with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), with training provided by the Singapore Civil Defence Force. The community groups targeted to train more CFRs include civilian drivers who make frequent use of their personal vehicles; military officers with private vehicles; as well as postal workers on 3-wheeler vehicles who ply remote industrial estates.
