The programme was a collaboration between Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Ministry of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine Sri Lanka, to build the capability of healthcare leaders/ specialists in Sri Lanka in the areas of governance, leadership and management of healthcare policies, implementation strategies and practices; and Emergency Department development.
