This programme provides HPV vaccination at no cost to eligible females who are Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) Orange or Blue cardholders, and is aged 18 to 26 years and unvaccinated, or aged 27 to 45 who have already received the first dose. The initiative helps eligible women cover the out-of-pocket expenses after government subsidies for three doses of the HPV vaccination. A public education and outreach campaign on cervical cancer prevention and HPV vaccination will also help to increase awareness and the take-up rate of the vaccination.
