Under the programme, Northlight School organised evening classes by the Workforce Development Agency to support its graduates to make the transition to a new academic or work environment. A homecoming event was held for alumni to re-connect with their friends and teachers. Other activities included motivational talks and group sessions where alumni discussed challenges they faced.

A dedicated Alumni Affairs Coordinator was also engaged to organise more activities to reach out to the growing number of alumni. The Coordinator was also able to provide personal guidance to an alumnus who faced difficulties at home or at his or her new school/workplace.
