This three-year Public Administration (Public Service Framework) Programme with the Royal Civil Service Commission and Ministry of Health Bhutan seeks to develop a systematic approach to professionalising the public service in Bhutan by way of a competency-based public service framework using Design Thinking methodology. The programme will benefit 160 participants comprising 10 leaders and 150 specialists.
