The STEP Southeast Asia Youth Sports Leaders Camp (YSLC) brought together 138 youths from across the region to participate in an activity-filled programme aimed at forging stronger bonds and nurturing a future generation of leaders through sport.

In 2019, YSLC participants took part in activities such as high confidence obstacle elements and dragon boating, to instill values such as discipline, resilience, respect and team spirit. Highlights of the camp included a motivational speech by 2004 Olympics table tennis champion, campfire, cycling expedition and learned about the culture and cuisine of Singapore.
