In 2017, the first study on the emergency preparedness of the Singapore community was conducted to measure the perceptions, attitudes and behaviours of individuals and families in Singapore towards emergency preparedness. With the findings, several Stay Prepared programmes were implemented.
This second study seeks to understand the impact of recent programmes, identify new gaps in needs, and measure shifts in perceptions, attitudes and behaviours of individuals, families and the community.
The study will also develop a scorecard to measure and track emergency preparedness in the community and identify areas for new Stay Prepared programmes.
