The three-year TVET (Quality Assurance) programme equips 120 specialists to apply a fundamental quality assurance framework for adapting and developing quality assurance systems for higher education at their respective institutions in Mongolia.

The programme uses Singapore’s Quality Assurance Framework for polytechnics as reference to enhance Mongolia’s university education reform, and develop leadership/management skills to enhance academic quality and standards.
