This programme helps to build the capability of the Purple Parade programming office in the areas of leadership and management, and organisation and development of key events and programmes such as the Purple Parade, Digital Human Library and Online Conversations series. The programme office will also develop new initiatives such as the "Walk In My Shoes" Experiential Series, the Persons With Disabilities (PWD) Leadership Development Programme, and the PWD Livelihood Promotion Programme.
