The three-year programme will train 160 leaders and specialists in Vietnam and Thailand in advanced supply chain management thinking and practice. It will also facilitate a team of master trainers and leaders, across the two countries, to develop a case bank in urban and cross-border logistics, through a defined series of team training and engagement sessions that inform, build capability and deliver implementable outcomes (projects).

In doing so, the programme will develop capabilities and exchange knowledge in urban logistics and cross-border logistics between Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia.
