This programme aims to develop cultural leaders by encouraging students to spearhead initiatives that meet real community needs, honing competencies and skills in areas such as design thinking, conflict management, facilitation, project management and empathy development.

This programme includes workshops for students, local and overseas community-based stints as well as staff training in design thinking and project management.
