Float Foods aims to innovate, develop and advance Singapore’s plant-based foods ecosystem, contributing to Singapore’s food safety, whilst being sustainable, caring for our environment, and enabling consumers to eat healthy, nutritious foods. The company will develop a plant-based substitute for whole eggs, using alternative proteins to contribute to Singapore’s food security and to build a more secure food system.
