Articares has developed a smart and portable therapy robot, called H-Man, to treat upper-limb sensorimotor impairments with personalised and minimally supervised training exercises. They also developed CARE Platform, a cloud-based telecommunication software that provides downloadable reports. The reports allow clinicians to keep up to date on their patient’s treatment progress and to adjust therapy settings from the clinician’s own location when necessary. Together, CARE Platform and H-Man are a scalable solution for robotics-assisted telerehabilitation which patients can complete at home.
